Panasonic Plasma TV Repairs – Consumer Review

My 50″ Panasonic Plasma Television which is under extended warranty had some power supply issues and was given to Micro Systems (Panasonic Service Center) for repair on 29 Sept 2014; for the past few months I have not got any specific update from them about this. After escalating to different authorities I received temporary TV (not of Panasonic) in which sound is not working. Till today I have not received any specific update on this.

Seems that Panasonic is not able repair my television hence I need a new television (50″) to be the replacement; and I want to be compensated in cash for the numerous of follow ups i have done with them related to my Television and also I would like special action to be take against Mr Shravan Pawar who is the branch manager but refuse to take my calls.
