I have purchased mobile worth Rs. 9999/- from reliance digital store located in andheri east, times square, saki naka junction, brand is Panasonic T21 on 16-Feb-2014, from 21-feb-2014 onward the mobile phone started hanging up and blue coloured screen, when i go back to reliance, they manually correct some factory restore setting, then he told me no need to worry about, after 2-3 days its started again, then store guy told me to visit to customer care people, customer care store told me to replace back the handset, but store guy told me that u need to change the handset in customer care store only, that is mobile junction, andheri east location, mumbai around 5-6 times i went there , after some time, they given me the replacement slip through which store can replace the mobile, but today Mobile Store , ie reliance digital didn’t replace the handset they told me they also require further more approval, its almost a month, they harassed me like anything

I want that reliance digital accept that replacement or deo letter at the earliest and give me back my 10000+1500/- rupees back
