Panasonic – washing machine replacement is getting delayed

We have purchased Panasonic washing machine from Reliance digital(kachiguda) on 16th APR 2014. We contacted the executive for an installation which was done. But when we started to use it. It was not working at all. So we raised a ticket and asked the executive to help us. The executive identified that the machine was not functioning and it could a defective piece. He also captured few snapshots of the machine and informed that he would submit the photos soon. Despite this, none of them are responding now even after raising issuing multiple times and necessary follow-ups.

We want the machine to be replaced as soon as possible
