My policy no 01012694 was submitted for partial withdrawl on 12.10.2010 and i was told that within 7 days the amount will be deposited in my bank account. the amount from the policy was deducted on 12.10.2010 itself but on enquiry on 22.10.2010, i am told that the policy is still in process and may take time. when the process is not completed then why my policy account has been deducted.? and also why is it taking so long? even when calling the branch at 03616110600 we are treated very badly as if we are beggers and not policy holders. please take necessary action.
