My policy no 01012694 was submitted for partial withdrawl on 12.10.2010 and i was told that within 7 days the amount will be deposited in my bank account. the amount from the policy was deducted on 12.10.2010 itself but on enquiry on 22.10.2010, i am told that the policy is still in process and may take time. when the process is not completed then why my policy account has been deducted.? I had deposited Rs 15632.00 at ICICI BANK BARABANKI BRANCH on 20/07/2010 for premiuam of SMARTKIDof HARSH MAURYA POLICY NO. 00912125 .THIS bank was autherised by ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED to collect premium.
BUT till today my policy had not been inforce.No one listen my problem.I am very upset for this.
