I have applied for a fresh passport in 2009 to Passport Office Jaipur and It has been issued on 27.05.2009. There is a mistake in it regarding Gender. The gender of myself has been shown as Female but in all the supporting documents as well as application form i have filled the correct details and except gender all are correct in my passport which i have received. When i have approached to the concerned office they said i have to again apply for the passport with the all the same procedure and fees charges. Sir, why i bear this type of problem; this mistake has been done by the clerical staff. So please check the matter and give the justice for that. I have attached the scanned copy for the same.How they can make mistake as their is clearly seen that candidate is Male and in all supporting documents also.

I want my passport with all correct details as well as penalty on the passport office as my loss of job which I have applied .
