Tracking number 776882 023739 wonder what kinda actions would your organization take against such non professional staff who have wrongly indicated that my address given on shipment is wrong???? I will not lie low if my parcel doesn’t reach me on time today. Its been since 8th I’m awaiting its delivery anxiously. If this doesn’t affect you, it affects me and I fail to understand how such a reputed Carrier – FEDEX falter to this extent and instead of even apologising, you have the decency to inform me the shipment is out for delivery and will be delivered tonight? Regards to an unprofessional company who have shown such a callous attitude towards dealing such incidents. Even with your promises, my parcel didn’t arrive tonight rather I receive notification that new DOD is 16th Aug
