Pathetic Post sales service of Eureka Forbes

I am experiencing pathetic post-sales service from Eureka forbes regarding my water purifier(AcqaSure Ivory model).They are supposed to change the Filter Cartridge after 6months of purchase(as per manual it is recommended to change it in every 6months).One higher ranked official is denying me this service(saying that it is a printing mistake in the manual) thereby putting my family into high risk of water contaminated diseases.

Please do take necessary action to convey this message and let me get justified consumer satisfaction.
