Dear sir, I have booked bus on 15.05.2016 from Orai (U.P.) to Indore (M.P.). Bus was mulfunctioning after 100 KM. Inspite of mulfunctioning of Bus driver was running bus. finally bus totally out of control and he decide to repair. All night we were waiting for bus, they neither arrange another bus ,not return our money INR 4200/( Four thousand Two Hundred). Futher they told you complain nothing will happen. I was travelling with 3 children and 3 ladies. Bus Registration NO. MPO8 0669 Pawan travel. I am also having bus snaps. bus is in very bad condition , Important thing is Why they given permit to waste our times and mental stress.My mobile no. 7354710008. I have called 8960666584 but no reply. I want compensation. now 6:40 am passed and they have no answer when the bus will run. I have wasted whole night in jungle, till time no arrangement was done for passenger. kindly intervence.
