Dear Sir/Madam, During Payment for MTT SAIL has deducted amount of 515/- through Online Payment via AXIS debit Card with SAIL.SHINE.COM but transaction was failed. While I was trying to get details and refund they said it came automatically. But today onward i can’t get any refund,my transaction failed on 19/01/2014 registration number is: 5011437466 and 5011468231 Post Applied : MTT Discipline : Mechanical Payment Gateway : HT MEDIA LTD DELHI I Transaction Date : 19-Jan-14 please do the needful Thanks.
