i had deposited my usage payment of RS 2600 to your airtel office on 8th june 09 to shri saurabh sagar kamla marketing but they had not till yet activate the payments in my account and due to which i am suffering from many problems like calls are coming that i had to pay the outstanding bill, your phone will be deactivated, and today my phone’s outgoing are deactivated when already i had paid my bill,
when i tryied to the office they replied me that due to some reason your payment is transfered to other person account so your phone will be activated by 2-3 days,
Kindly let me know wht will i do as when i am not the faulty,how can i use my phone or what i will do in this case now as you understand that phone is very usefull now days,
kindly give me the solution in this case.
