315ltr samsung refrigrator was purchased by me under 0 percent interest 2+8 installment scheme thru bajaj finance about 2 yrs back i had given them two installments cash and eight post dated cheques of RS 1739/- each out of which they got payment of 9 cheeques one cheque theyhave lost . now the are making me unnecessary calls that my dues are still pending ,give us one EMI in cash they will charge fine for not receiving last EMI . sir ihave asked them give me back that check which is not credited till now i,ll pay you in cash in lieu of that cheque ihave cheked from my bank that no check has been ever bounced, issued by me .how can i be responsible for their lost check and why should i pay them now without getting my check back as please guide what should i do now as i am suffering without any fault from my side .
