I’ve a connection 06227-226760 in rural area of Vaishali district. Telephone exchange has disconneted due to non payment of landline bill of previous year. But how can pay the bill for that month in which telephone was not functioning due cutting of telephone cable, when a link road Hajipur-Mahua was going to repair. Telephone wire cut by the Tenderer then there and my telephone was not working in the period.
so, plz guide me how can I get rebet in my telephone bill for that period.
