Dear Sir/Madam,
I had withdrawn Rs. 15,000/- on 28/07/09 thru my PNB Saving Bank Acct. No-2234001500007721 thru PNB ATM vide TXN No-8592 (ATM Card No-5126520011851602) wherein the ATM machine yielded only Rs. 1,000/-. The transaction slip also revealed Rs. 15,000/- as withdrawn money.
I lodged complaint for short supply money by ATM with PNB Toll-free number 18001802222 on 01/08/2009 (Complaint No-18339980 dated 01/08/2009) which responded undersigned to refund back Rs. 14,000/- within 15 days after having due home-work from PNB side. Subsequently, there had been response even after lapse of 15 days and I have been repeatedly requesting my grievance to this toll-free number till date which finally advised me to contact over phone No-011-43532210 (PNB Delhi office, Complaint Cell).
I regret to inform that in spite of lapse of approx. 5 months period, no concrete step was taken by PNB authorities to sort out the matter.
I request your good office to look into the matter and resolve the long pending issue.
