I have made purchase from Paytm on 22nd Of September’14 against advance payment through Credit Card. Since the product was not compatible as per my requirement, I have duly returned the same to Paytm. The amount was supposed to be refunded to my bank account, but the same is not yet credited to my bank. While as per my Paytm Transaction History its showing that the amount has been credited. I have repeatedly informed them, but even after 3 months they are not refunding the amount.

I want the refund amount of total INR. 1471.
