I have my ORDER NO. 95103260706. I have booked bus ticket from ahmedabad to rajkot on 2015-05-08. Because of some issue bus is canceled. I want to bus agency and they say we have requested to your online booking agency to refund money. I have open ticket with order id. I got email like below. In this mail I suppose to get some information within 3 day. I need to know way this paytm people are not replay or refund my money. Response mail from Paytm is : Hi there, I’m Deepak and I’m gonna do my best to solve this problem. I would like to inform you that I am currently coordinating with operator over this issue and operator might take upto 3 days to respond. Till then, we will appreciate your patience and assure you that we will get back to you within next 72 hours. I hope this helps. Should you need any further assistance, let me know.
