I have booked a bus ticket on Paytm on 19th may 2015 and immediately canceled it and got confirmation from paytm that Rs. 90 will be deducted and rest of the money will be refunded within 24 hours and since then i am callin paytm again and again for refund and every time i get promised that my refund will be processed in 24 hours and now its been 16 days i have not received refund yet.

1. First i want refund for my Rs. 550 which is for refund of cancelled ticket. 2. Refund of Rs. 50 for my call charges which i spent unnecessary calling paytm again and again. 3. refund of Rs. 5000 for loss of business I had to cancel my important trip because of lack of money. 4. Mental stress Total : – 5600 + mental stress charges
