You Broadband – Frequent internet disconnection issue

I would like to file a complaint against You Broadband India PVT.Ltd. I took the Internet connection on 7th April 2015 with a 90 days plan and I made the payment of 2100 INR by SBI cheque number 702656. Since the time I have taken the service I am mentally harassed by the company due to frequent internet disconnection. I have to run around lots of their executive to rectify the problem. Their executives are the least responsive and they would not listen to the customer. When I call to the customer care they will say you will receive the call within 4 to 12 hour which I never get I only have to call them back and follow up. On 26th May 2015 8:36 PM onward I am not getting the service. After numerous calls to customer care on 27th they started forcing me to give the electricity and space to fix a big CP box at my house so that they can run their business from there. On that day itself I denied for giving space and electricity from my house because it leads to numerous cables comes into the house and has huge electricity demand. Moreover I live in the rented house and my house owner did not agree for this. I kept on calling numerous times to the customer care to resume the service but they did not listen. On 30th May 2015 at 5:15 PM I got a call from the customer care and the executive gave me the alternative that I should buy a device called Media Converter which will be fixed to my home and will be dedicated to me. I have to supply electricity to it and it will be my personal and no other customer wire will be coming into my house. Initially I was confused to buy that device whose cost was 1000 rupees but the executive convinced me to buy that device telling that it will dedicated to you and you will be having the internet connection round the clock. Finally I agreed to purchase the device. As soon as I agreed one of their executive came and collected 1000 rupee from me saying the even though it is Sunday tomorrow that is on 31st May 2015 I will request the service team to come and fix the device and resume the service. On 31st whole day I tried calling to them they did not come at all. Then I call to the customer care they told the service will be resumed on 1st June 2015 by 5 30 PM. On 1st June 2015 after 5:30 PM as usual I only called to customer care but they again started forcing me to give space and electricity to CP box at my house then only the service will be resumed. If that was the ultimate solution why the forced me to buy the media converter. I am mentally and economically harassed by the You broadband. I hope for the Justice from you. I want you to please charge them with proper penalty for the business fraud they did to me so that in future they do not dare to under estimate the rights of the consumers. Along with that I request you to Charge them a proper compensation amount to me for the loss happened to me due to their irresponsible and rude conduct.
