I have purchased lenovo laptop on 19th nov 2014 order id 661735546 valued at Rs. 29,511 through www.paytm.com , i was supposed to get 6000 rs cash back for this order in within 2hours however i have not received the cashback. I hav logged complaint by sending emails on care@paytm.com in reply i have received the email to send my bank ac details to them. I have shared bank ac detail along with cancelled cheque since the i have send 50-60 emails and tried to contact them on facebook twitter and other mode but getting no possitive responce. Please help as paytm is not having customer care number

Immediate credit of cash in my bank account, please ask paytm to have customercare number where people like me can speak and register there complaint. Screen shot attached for the error.. Complaint tkt number 103791327
