I ordered a bag online at paytm.com . they shipped same bag as it was shown on website but it was a kid’s bag (there was insufficient description about bag and also it was listed in regular section). Website promised me to refund product amount along with courier charge, which was done by my side.

I want whole amount of courier charge along with refund. PAYTM gives upto 100% cashback on their products. but it seems like sellers ship fake products or damaged items. customer care service is so bad. they might doing big fraud as they are giving so much cashbacks since long time.
