Hello I ordered an IFB Senator Front Load Washing Machine (8kg capacity) online through www.Paytm.com on 25/05/2015, for Rs. 37,403/- (paid through Net Banking) by applying a Promocode: LA3500, for which i was supposed to get Rs. 3500/- Cash Bank in Paytm From which i make any purchase in future After couple of days i checked status online, & it showed “Packed & awaiting dispatch” But when Order was not dispatched till 2nd June, 2015, I wrote Paytm asking for status. They replied they will get back to me soon & today when i am checking the status, It shows “processing refund” Machine is still available on IFB website & on Paytm website, but with a higher price tag of Rs. 39,790/- This clearly gives me a feeling that they are without my prior approval or information processing refund of my order due to pricing.

Economic Damage is that i will now have to buy the same machine in higher price either through Paytm or any other website or from a local shop at a higher price. Plus i will have to spend alot of time again checking through all showrooms & websites for the best price i can get. Plus it is really frustrating that companies book the order, take the money in advance & they don’t ship it. They should know their stock/selling price before booking the orders. Not to mention, all this time & may be for more days to come, we have to manage without a new washing machine due to irresponsible, unprofessional & who knows even fraudulent actions of Paytm.com & IFB industries
