i ordered a watch (MTG titanium round watch -black) (price Rs. 1599) order No. 556025524 on 24th july 2014 at 12:20:02. It was delivered to me on 27 july 2014 but it was found defective. So i mailed to you for replacement of watch. your delivery boy came to me on 2nd august 2014 and he took that watch. return ID gave to me is P0990965. but till date i haven’t received my watch. i have mailed to you several times but there is no response for your side.

i have got a promo code balance 150 but not yet refund. i am waiting of last 15 days
