Sir, I have used the Idea prepaid Sim, the number is 9907675xx. My sim card is deactivated without informing me by the company. Due to deactivation of my sim card I am unable to call someone or receive any call, so I’m unable to work properly.I have gone to Idea Care store in my city and they have charged me Rs.80 for reissuing the sim card and it doesn’t activated. I want to activate my sim card but the Idea customer care saying that your number can’t be activate and they don’t give me the reason for not activating my sim . My humble request to you, please solve my problem immediately.

80 Rupee for Reissue and 100 rupee my bike petrol charges.
