i have 10GB data plan in Rs 1500, after that they charge 3p/10KB. and there is one more option which is SMART BYTE 1GB in Rs300. now i crossed 10GB and opted for 1GB smart byte, airtel has charged 3p/10KB. airtel stick on date not data plan, and charged 1500+300+2000+taxes. when i asked why it was not counted in 1GB smartbyte they are not clearing, along with that i have requested for plan change on 4Aug but no one noticed it. this plan is clear cheat as same data is available in Rs300 and Rs3000.!! recently airtel has changed this plan but not updated me or mine plan. now i recieved bill of 3860 instead of 1500. when asked to appellate they still not replying, i am tensed because it is very tough to pay this.

i want my money back and request to you to make some fine on such stupid plans and they make people fool, and cheat and wait till it traps. no data given by airtel so far individually other than bill .
