Snapdeal – laptop was defective and faulty no service

Sir, On 10.07.14, I purchased ONLINE a HP 15 r036TU Laptop (4th Gen Pentium Quad Core- 4GB RAM- 500 GB HDD- 15.6 Inches Screen- Windows 8.1) (Sparkling Black) (J6L69PA) Vide order No: 2399698007 from M/s Snapdeal. This laptop was a defective and faulty one in terms of the following:- 1) Majorly :-Defective battery: the laptop is neither getting switched on when the battery level is below 11% without connecting with the charger nor continuing working below 11%. This defect restrict the complete usage of battery with improper back-up even while we indeed need it so as when it is remaining at 10% we cannot start the laptop when there is no power with charger. 2)DVD Rom : DVD Rom tray is neither properly aligned with laptop body nor working properly while using DVD. The tray is slightly coming out of its main body. This dis-alignment can cause a damaged in laptop handling anytime. 3)Hard Disk : No Hard disk partition was found to enable user to save and secure data. 4)System Processor : The speed and working of system’s processor is too slow causing hanging-up of laptop frequently. Sir, on next day 11.07.14, I immediately lodged a complaint with Snapdeal IVR help desk (9212692126) under their TRUSTPAY system. On 12.07.14 I wrote them the same through e-mail also at help@snapdeal.com But no remedial action was taken by them. On 25.07.14 on their request I sent some snapshots of DVD defects to them. Even after, they have not taken any action in order to reverse pickup of item and refund of money. Finally on 05.08.14, they ask me to approach to brand customer care take token of defect of laptop and send us its snapshot which will help us to arrange a reverse pickup of item and refund of money under TRUST PAY. I sent them the snapshot of HP Engineers’s Service Report stating the defects on 11.08.14 itself. Every time, I am being make fool telephonic ally by assuring of refund of money under TRUST PAY but not getting any remedial and fruitful action by them. Sir, in such above way I am being tortured by Snapdeal for more than one month and I seek your help in the matter for consumer justice.

M/s Snapdeal spoiled my valuable time more than one month by suppling defective laptop to me and has taken no action for returning and refunding my money. I want immediate refund of my money with appropriate damaged of time.
