Zovi.com – Product not received, Customer Care

I select 2 shoes products in zovi.com on date of 31st July 2014 & i paid amount Rs.889/-through DEBIT CARD, both products expect delivery on 5th august 2014. but only 1 shoes i received on 5th august 2014. i am not received 2nd shoes product. my 2nd product id is–ZA245S02 I called many time to costumer care, and talking complaint about my product but they avoided my demand. every time i called or mail to zovi care they always want extra time & days(2 or 3),almost 17 days passed but they never delivered my product. Almost 17 days passed I am totally harassed about zovi’s service.

I want product immediately in 2 days or refund my amount 449+100+500(mentally harassment)=1049 instantly
