I had gone through paytm.com to purchase an IPhone 5S which was listed on the website with MRP Rs. 40000/ WITH 27% discount, final payable price after discount was Rs. 29375/ which I paid through my credit card and placed order. When I received order it had MRP Rs.30000/ printed on the product which is much lesser amount of what was shown on the website. When I complained to PAYTM with the website screenshot they acknowledge the fault but did not give any satisfactory reply on this fraudulent promotion on their website. They are making fool to customers in the name of discount which is actually had no discount.

I have purchased the product with 27% discount on MRP 40000/ which is equal to 10800 but they sent a product with MRP 30000/ which is resulting to the loss off 27% on MRP. As per the website I must be getting 27% on the actual MRP which is 30000/ means I should be compensated with 27% of Rs. 30000/ which is equal to Rs. 8100/
