YOU BROADBAND internet service discontinued on Dec 2015, company promised to pay the refund within 45 days of discontinuation. Its March 2015 now and no refund received. Everytime I called customer care say you will get call back but no call back is received and they promise for another 15 days. I think they are into practice of not paying refundable deposit and accumulating large fund by cheating. They do not have any complaint officer neither any officer picks up the call.

Request you to take action and enquire as why refund of Rs 1000 is taking so long to be disbursed. Also there are several similar complaints of consumers about YOU BROADBAND. Company cheating many customers by not refunding the amount.
