Reliance Pre-Paid Mobile Balance Deduction

Frequent incorrect balance deductions from my prepaid account with repeated failures in understanding and addressing complaints is putting me into big troubles these days. There looks to be no justification at all for what the balance it shows at any point of time. Their customer care makes it more frustrating as they do not give you straight away option to talk to Customer Care person and even when you feel luckier to reach any executive after multiple call attempts and long waiting, they would just say there is some issue in their system and call again after some time. Three days ago also (on 5th March), Reliance (the service provider) did the same and left me with no access to the services (phone and data). I realized the same in the evening when I wanted to talk to someone and tried to call their number. I then tried the customer care multiple times but could not find any way to talk to customer care (Just automatic IVR). After a day only, I could register a complaint using web interface. I was notified about it being processed and later in the evening I checked there was some partial amount posted back into my account but again after some time the amount was not there and I am again barred from services. Visiting their physical store also did not help as they turned me down directing me to customer care again. It is happening again and again now and they are not able give me any justification on the poor services and failure to maintain a fair account. They sometime tried to come up with stupid and false justification that I am being charged for data usage but they become dumb to my explanation (even with SMS screenshots) which tells clearly that I have separate balance for data usage and should not at all be charged.

Services have become extremely unreliable causing a lot of mental annoyance, a lot of trouble in managing without services for which I have paid well in advance, making me bear additional expenses in arranging alternates for missing services, penalizing me with a lot of my time and others’. I was in a travel for last three days to visit someone and I was not able to call them and inform about delays because of late running train. I could not even use internet services despite of having data balance in my account to find information on alternate trains or buses, etc. I had to keep standing and wait for long in the noon under hard sunlight as I there was no services to call and inform my host about my arrival. And many more like these.

I want justifications on why its happening so frequently again and again and what measures they are taking to avoid these inconvenience. I also want them to calculate all the deductions they have done incorrectly in past three months and refund back the money which is incorrectly deducted. I also want a compensation for all the trouble and sufferings that I am made to bear because of their poor services and careless attitude towards customer along with all the additional expenses I had to bear because of not given timely access to services which I was entitled to. I also want regulatory authority to identify if this is happening with many other customers and whether Reliance CDMA has sufficient resources/infrastructure to handle the customer base and warn Reliance to provided committed service and fair accounting for customer’s money.
