Paytm Hotel Booking – No Reservation at Hotel

I had booked hotel through Paytm but the booking was not done at the hotel when we went to check in even after the payment was taken and booking confirmation was received. had to go through a lot of humiliation and embarrassment due to this and re book hotel and pay extra amount. The paytm customer care never connected to an executive to talk to and only could file an email complaint. it was said that they’ll get back within 24 hrs and its already been a few days and i ave not got any reply.

I had to re book the hotel at a higher price for the same days again and had to go through quite a lot confusuions, embarrassment and humiliation.

I want them to refund my whole money along with the total amt i had to pay to the hotel that is over and above wt i had booked with them due to their mistake.
