Dear Sir, I have purchased a Huawei E8231 Power Wifi device online from Paytm on 24/3/15 with 1 year after sales warranty, the device has stopped working since yesterday and I submitted the device at MF Solutions, Lucknow local service center on 18/5/15 and he given me Job Sheet No.HU15-A240-05-000010 with false details like 1- He has shown my product E8231 “Out of Warranty” which I have purchased on 24/3/2015 after complaining him he is saying that its System Problem he cant do any thing. Also 2- he put complaint Code “S32-other fault-No fault found & shell damage” which is not the actual problem, when I asked why he said just submit & He will take care of it. Actual problem is device is not connecting to the internet only one LED is flashing & drivers are not able to install on my PC. Even I asked the number of Regional Service Manager he denied giving it to me. Now Huawei is not responding to my mails and service center is saying company is not providing any spare parts. I think Huawei & MF Solution has no intention in providing good service to the customers. Kindly Help me in resolving the issue. Vishal Khare
