Dear Sir\Madam, I have ordered Snapdeal Order no: 6111641014 on 4th may 2015. this was couriered via blue dart airway no. 57984259465. now courier vehicle was seized by local RTO officer due to incomplete paper. During my online purchase I have alreday paid the full amount. now they are neither delivering my product nor returning my amount. I have called up so many times & sent an email for cancelling my order & return my amount but seems they are not interested & every time ask to wait for 2-3 days. Pl help me by returning my amount & also punish Snapdeal & bluedart as they are cheating consumers & also not doing ethical business due to which the courier vehicle got seized. I want my money back with interest as well as I want Snapdeal & bluedart to pay penalty for not delivering my product due to which I have to chase them by avoiding my critical works & have faced mental tension.
