I had paid Rs 53670 for booking a flight ticket from leh to Delhi on 19 Jun 2015 the money was deducted from my account but the tickets were not issued. I waited for one day and still the money has not been refunded. After speaking to them they said that they use a payment gateway Paytm for all transactions. I think it is some fraud. Please help.

I want my money ie Rs 53670 back along with bank interest rate for the period for which the money was held back.
