As per Advertisement, I bought product, after order placed, they(Paytm) are saying it is for booking not for Buy, as they are asking me to pay more. After reaching them and requesting on the basis of publicity (Paytm Trust Your money is yours! All refunds come with no question asked guarantee.) they are saying your money is lapsed.

As paytm is mediator between BUYER(Me) & SELLER ( PIAGGIO), Neither Seller is having issue nor Buyer is having this money, directly they are saying it will lapsed , because of this I will be loosing 25000 , with out receiving my product * Mental torture for the same what I have gone through

I am ready to buy product for quoted price(25000) 2. or I am ok for refund of my amount what ever I paid
