My login number for paytm is 7200372699…i deposited Rs.1300 to my paytm cash in last week of dec.,2013..and i was eligible for “transact on paytm” and “add to paytm cash” offer…i got mail for the same on 6th January that due to some up gradation process of paytm, the amount as per win will be credited on 10th jan instead of 6th jan… I was not able to login to my id for few days in the first week of jan. and when this problem was solved i was not able to view my remaining paytm cash..same complain was logged with request ticket #101172617 but reply from them came that it will be resolved in 24 hours but finally i was able to saw my paytm cash balance on 14th jan,which shows that i dont have any balance in my paytm cash… i haven received any reply for the complaint mail which i sent on 14th Jan,2014 and is registered with ticket no-101221408

So,I request you to plz tell them to refund my amount of :- 1. remaining paytm cash 2.”transact on paytm” offer 3. “add to paytm cash” offer*
