Respected sir/madam i kartik amrutia is occasionally purchase from the site of paytm. i usually purchase or recharge from mobile using paytm mobile application. i orderd one of the paytm seller named ‘handloom daddy’ at november 11th,2014 hence my ordered accepted and shipped at 13th nov.2014. against order no.#651872567. also paytm give me the no. of bluedart courier awb/tracking id no# 69188383810. but my problem is that neither it traceable not shown status or reached at delivery address. i already talking customer care of paytm and mailed 7-8 times. but each and every message have same reply that ‘please give us 24-48 hours” i already give him 6 days but my problem can’t resolve or paytm not payback to my account.
my totally damaged towards paytm is 899 indian rupees through online payment. hence i want my moneyback to my account.
