Tata docomo is provide us un-useable service music service without any information and deduct the amount 75Rs. Date of deduction amount 26/11/2014 and previous deduction date 24/11/2014 is 50Rs. by active d movies no any amount will be refund us. if we call on 198 customer care but not connected to care.

one time i talk to customer care he put on hold my call to say transfer out senior and i wait 3-4 minutes but not found any response. i have recorded the customer care call for proof.

i want to request to refund my deducted amount as soon as possible and deactivate unnecessary call and ad from docomo service. if necessary for document i mail detail regarding this issue.
