I made recharge of Rs. 135/- with order no. #658068993 to my Tata Docomo mobile number 9045768xx. I selected Internet pack from the list of Paytm Mobile App browse plans option. But I got a STV. Company provided me wrong product which has no use for me so I want to register my compliant because I did not get for which I paid to paytm. I have already called at tata docomo care. I came to know that there are two offers of Rs. 135/- one is DATA PACK and other is STV both are special recharge. When i recharged through Paytm i selected for DATA PACK but i was given a STV. So in this case DOCOMO representative told me to contact Paytm.
This is Paytm Company mistake which is troubling me. I want to get my balance back in any terms and conditions. This is Paytm responsibility to provide the required pack or the pack i selected.Therefore this is Paytm responsibility to give me my balance back so that my trust on paytm.com will not break and i can continue my recharging on paytm in future.
