Customer code: 1213134, I took a 50Mbps broadband connection from hatchway and paid Rs 3370 for 3 months subscription. But for initial 2 days everything was working fine. But from 3rd day internet is getting disconnected after every 15 min. I tried reaching their customer support at 080 40161616 but no one bothered to pick up the phone. Then I dropped them an email at bangalorehelpdesk@hathway.net and again no response for 2 days. Again I replied on the mail saying that I am filling a complaint in consumer forum. Then they replied after 1 day saying that as per their tech team problem is resolved. How this is possible, non of their tech guys visited my place to check the issue and result is I am suffering from their pathetic broadband service. Even after so many reminder to them, no one from their support team cares to even teply on my email. I request this consumer forum to resolve my issues.

Resolve my issue and make sure i do not face such issues ever or refund my whole money.
