Tata DoCoMo Recharge done twice unable connect

Myself Paramita Mukherjee, customer of Tata DoCoMo Photon Plus under number – 9231403xx for last one and half year, using internet data card of Rs.350/- for 1.5GB data and validity one (1) month, single highhandedly, without any problem, until November,2014. I made the first recharge on 01.11.2014 with Rs.350/- for 1.5 GB data and validity one (1) month, under Transaction ID – 100004370472924, which was exhausted and expired on 03.11.2014. Again, on 07.11.2014, I made the second recharge for same internet data card under Transaction ID – 100004392288366, which was again fully exhausted and expired on 12.11.2014. I sent several mails to Tata photon plus customer care and appellate authority on 15..11.2014 and 18.11.2014, but received no reply. Before that, from 08.11.2014 to 14.11.2014, I even spoke to their customer care executives who did not even cooperate with me and visited their store, but received no solution. I am in grave doubt that their is some mishandling and unauthorized data usgae by Tata Photon Authority, which resulted in abrupt end of my data card. Now, I request you to kindly look into the matter and also check the details of my data usage, since I seriously doubt that there is some mistake. I am using this Net Card single highhandedly and hence I’m quite sure about the data usage and full data of my net card was not used. The same problem happened twice. They did not even respond to my complain and left it unattended.

I want refund of Rs.700/- to my account or account recharge for Rs.700/- valid for two months, for which I made the recharge. I also want a written apology from Tata Photon authority for causing me such inconvenience and leaving my complaint unattended.
