ACT Broadband Service Reliability – Review

I have been a customer of the above mentioned ISP for more than 18 months. The broadband service they provide has been so inconsistent that it has been affecting my business directly or indirectly. They promised uninterrupted service while their service is anything but uninterrupted. Also, it was not mentioned to me that I am eligible for a waiver of bill for all those days I didn’t receive service. More than 3 times a month, there’s an interruption in service. And every time that happens, I’ll lose an average of 2-3 days of service. The customer service is the worst of qualities and the staff is totally unaware of the actual situation and totally callous about the problems. I have sent innumerable number of mails to the nodal officer explaining this and not once has he replied. I feel that I am being cheated because I am paying money to not receive service.
