Dear All, As per your a special offer for health check-up for HDFC Life Customer.You indicated this check-up special offer / special rate or 46% lower price than regular rate.In this hope my wife also has been health check up done in Appolo BSR Hoapital , at Bhilai but no any discount given by hospital.They told me there are no any discount for health ckeck up. I paid full payment after check up.This is chatting/ false promise with customer. It is not good matter with customer.Payments attached this mail.
