I had purchased 81 packets of Bikano Chatax Masala packets of 60g each costing Rs 10 each for birthday party of my kid in the month of Sep 2014. The declaration on food packet bears packing date of 10 Sep 2014 and best before use date of 10 Jan 2015. Sample batch nos are 23 packets of B1 BAG8
the oil used in the product has caused food poisoning since it is of spurious quality. company is not entertaining any complaint. i am wondering how company is getting iso certification when the process are weak. company is not listening to my complaint. please help. the food license of company should be seized and entire money should be refunded to me.
Refund of entire money 81 packets @ Rs 10 and compensation for mental agony and medical treatment as the council may deem fit. Heavy fine on selling poisonous product and cancelling their food license since they are not listening. Company has admitted that the food packets are not fit for consumption.
