On 11 Dec 2014, I had booked a ticket from Mumbai to udaipur for 19/12/2014 for SVLL Connect bus through Paytm, which was confirmed by paytm as well as SVLL (connect) via mail and SMS. SVLL mailed me on 17th Dec 2014 at night telling me that the trip has been cancelled and my money will be refunded. I also called 2 numbers (7718882007, and 08866019090) from SVLL connect to make sure it was cancelled and my money will be refunded, also requesting them to arrange for something else for the passengers as it was an important journey for me, but they refused saying that the bus has been cancelled for some technical reasons and no other bus can be arranged for me now, i will get my refund, so i gave up on their useless replies and booked another ticket from another website, for the same date. When i was just about to board my freshly booked bus there was a call from SVLL connect’s third number (7718882008) telling me to hurry as “my bus for Mumbai to Udaipur was arriving in “5 minutes” at the stop. I was completely pissed off at that time and called the same numbers that i had called before to ask what was going on, and the girl who wouldn’t tell me her name, said i should ask “Paytm” what happened, and when i insisted there was no use calling paytm when the false mail or whatever it was, was from SVLL, she began to talk back to me, following which i disconnected the call and left for my actual trip. In the meanwhile i tried paytm’s number 955512xxx which no executive picked up, and i once again ending up only wasting my money on that call. I have not got my refund until now and there have been all template mail responses from SVLL nor Paytm. I request you to do something about this as I am not only sufferring money-wise, but also a lot mentally trying to get a solution from these people who dont care about the customers. SVLL has completely refused to help and Paytm is not trying to understand anything and sending only auto made templates.

i need the refund of Rs. 1575/- from Paytm or SVLL whichever is found responsible.
