Paytm has deducted Rs 6969 from my wallet without any information/communication to me. They say it is because I accidentally got extra money in my wallet which is completely untrue. Its already been 2 months since I purchased an iPhone on which they promised to give me Rs 8000 in my wallet but I have still not received it.
