I made a purchase from Reliance Trend “Shop no. C-30/37, A-1, Vinayak Plaza Maldahiya, Teliabagh-Sigra Road, Varanasi-221001, UP”.
Date of purchase is 03.09.2017, details can be traced from my reliance membership card number “6048 6311 0034 4210″.
For billing of the above transaction, i made payment through Paytm after redeeming point from my reliance card (enclosure 1). Balance from my paytm account was deducted.
but billing counter at the shop said there is some error, system is not producing bill. Thus they make me pay again through my Amex Credit Card (enclosure 2 & 3).
I complained to Paytm for clarification and Paytm send me a reply after verification that payment was successful (see the tread mail below).
I made a complaint on the shop but they only procrastinating and not helping. They first said they will mail to their office and it will be resolved in some time. i did not received any response for long, And on follow up call no one is answering anything and started hanging up calls on me, finally they accepted that issue was not e-mailed to any office. i have talked on ” 7317545570″ & “0542-2200393″ these numbers .
Such behavior is extremely annoying.
Please revert/return my second transaction made with my Amex card. and also please make sure that customers are not mangled like this for no fault of their own.
