I had an pension account with State bank of India, Governorpet branch, Vijayawada bearing account number 10454998664.The fixed medical allowances payable to me as family pensioner is not paid from 01/12/1997 to 01/08/2007.The chief manager, Centralized pension processing centre State Bank of India Musheerabad main road, Hyderabad vide through the letter Dt 16/01/2013 requested “The Governorpet branch manager to obtain the revised undertaking form me and also send a NON PAYMENT CERTIFICATE stating that medical allowances are not paid from 01/12/1997 to 01/08/2007”. With reference of the letter Dt 16/01/2013 of The chief manager, Centralized pension processing centre State bank of India Hyderabad. The governorpet branch manager on 08/07/2013 sent the NON PAYMENT CERTIFICATE along with my revised undertaking form to The chief manager, Centralized pension processing centre State bank of India, Musheerabad main road, Hyderabad vide through ANL courier bearing number 816040526 dt :08/07/2013. I had contacted the chief manager, Centralized pension processing centre State bank of India Musheerabad main road, Hyderabad several times but he is giving vague replies about the status of the above issue. and the arrears of medical allowances are not credited to my account till now.

So kindly look in to the matter and credit my fixed medical allowances from 01/12/1997 to 01/08/2007 to my account at the earliest and order for compensation for the mental agony and difficulties faced by me of not getting the allowances on time.
