I purchased one penta 2g calling tab from Pantel technologies through home shop 18, on 12/ 04/ 2014. The product was delivered to me by Tarsh overseas , Noida. When I found the product defective I contacted the customer care for service, I was asked to contact their Calicut service franchise TELESCAN,to get the product repaired. But when I approched them they refuse to accept the product saying that they no longer collect Penta products with warranty for service, and if I want to get the tablet repaired I have to pay the repaired charges.

Again I contacted the customer service and as per their direction took the product to another Franchise at Calicut, PRABHA ENTERPRISESon 7/7/2014 companies authorized service center, and from that date the product is with them unrepaired. I purchased this tablet for my cousin for his exam studies, and as his exams are now over , I dont need the Tablet back, So I request you sir, to direct them to refund Rs.6990/- the value which I paid for the tablet as immediate as possible.
