Thousands of customers being looted through this pepperfry.com website.Innocent customers paying them money online for products and delivery of product is doubtful.Thousands and Lakhs of rupees going wasted.No assistance.No product delivery.Product if delivered is in damaged condition.If called for refund,they say they cannot cancel the order and are taking extra 20%on shipped items.

Such websites should not be spared.Already thousands of customers online are disappointing and unhappy.Either they should start working properly,listen to customer grievances,deliver products on time and make cancellations and returns possible and make refunds to affected persons or stop their service completely.I request you to take strict action.
