I have ordered an item on Pepperfry.com website, the item which I received was different than what was described http://www.pepperfry.com/art-street-zig-zag-10-frame-photo-collage-1274529.html I was sent 10 separate frames, and I expected them to be as described in the picture on the above link. When I took this to their attention they were claiming it is as described and are reluctant to take the return. I would not be bothered to order the item if they were 10 separate individual frames.

I want pepperfry to process the return and refund my money back, the item is untouched, I do not really see a reason for they not accepting the return
